For Referring Educators

For educators, referring to Curtis Blake Learning Services makes sense. Our proven, research-based interventions and expert staff are fantastic resources for helping students overcome language-based learning disabilities and develop needed academic and social skills.

The Curtis Blake Day School integrates Pragmatics, as well as a host of other strategies, across the entire curriculum. This repetition and consistency of message helps students better assimilate academic and social skills lessons into their daily lives.

Curtis Blake also offers focused remediation for all students through Tutorial Services, as well as Supportive Learning Services, a resource for college students needing additional academic support. Additionally, our Summer Instructional Clinic keeps students engaged throughout the summer months, resulting in higher retention of the lessons learned during the previous academic year.

American International College is proud to partner with the¬†CollegeSteps Program. Located at Curtis Blake Learning Services on AIC’s campus, CollegeSteps is an award-winning organization focused on providing additional academic enrichment, social integration support, and vocational opportunities as a means of preparing students ¬†developmental disabilities for meaningful careers and autonomy after graduation.
